The Steer to Career DRV project will rely on the input of different groups, including training providers, associations, experts and policy makers.
Be part of 50+ participants and evaluators at different stages of development
Come along to our national workshops to listen to insight from industry professionals
Help us to raise awareness of the career pathway (which will be developed later in the project) for professional drivers within logistics and transport
Get active through your partner networks and stakeholder channels
Learners and workers in professional driving and individuals in professional transition including unemployed young people, ex-military and mature career changers will be involved throughout, from exploring the baseline to the development and testing of the learning curricula, programmes, pathway and guidance
Employers, vocational education providers, social partners and academic institutions will be involved in exploring the baseline through interviews and by providing feedback on recommendations and proposals
Researchers and developers with an interest in the project’s field of work will primarily be involved in the exploration of the project elements. Both groups are major target groups for dissemination activities and particularly for the final project conference
Other target groups include European level and national stakeholders (beyond the project’s geographical scope) concerned with recruitment, retention, career counselling, employment services and vocational education and training within transport and logistics.
